SUBSTANCE: device for manufacturing the paper roll material is proposed, comprising a first embossing unit with the first engraved cylinder for embossing and the corresponding countercylinder for embossing the first paper layer. The second embossing unit with the second engraved cylinder for embossing and the corresponding countercylinder for embossing the second paper layer, so that after embossing the said layers have sequences of oppositely directed reliefs. And the said embossing units are synchronized so that the said reliefs are stacked in one another. The glueing unit is connected to the said first engraved cylinder for embossing to distribute the set amount of glue on the side of the second layer opposite to that from which the respective reliefs appear. The device also comprises the means for connecting with each other of the layers emerging from the device.
EFFECT: increased in efficiency of the device.
