MULTILAYER PRODUCT FROM TISSUE PAPER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A47K10/16 B31F1/07 B32B29/00 B32B38/06 D21H27/00 D21H27/32

Abstract RU 2760347 C1

FIELD: paper.

SUBSTANCE: layered product (1) from tissue paper, containing at least two layers made of a base sheet of tissue paper, containing: an absorbent inner layer (4) with a large thickness in the range of approximately 0.5 to 1.5 mm, a large bulk in the range of approximately 25 to 75 cm3/g, including loosened cellulose fibres located between the first outer layer (2) on one side and a second outer layer (3) on the other side; a first connecting area (5) and a second area (6), wherein the inner layer (4), the first outer layer (2) and the second outer layer (3) are interconnected. The first connecting area (5) is located by the edge (9A) of the multilayer product (1) from tissue paper according to the first pattern of connecting elements (7) with a high density of placement of the elements corresponding to a surface connection constituting at least 6%, in particular, at least 8%, in particular, at least 10% of the total surface of the multilayer product from tissue paper, configured to close the edge (9A) of the multilayer product from tissue paper relative to the loosened cellulose fibres. The second area (6) is located by the central used area of the multilayer product (1) from tissue paper. The first pattern of connecting elements comprises at least two parallel lines of connecting elements with a first distance (d1) between two adjacent lines lesser than half the square root of three of the average length (lm) of the fluffed fibre, and a second distance (d2) between adjacent connecting elements in the line lesser than the average length (lm) of the fluffed fibre, wherein the second area (6) constitutes the second connecting area located by said central used area of the multilayer product (1) from tissue paper according to the second pattern of connecting elements (8) with a density of elements corresponding to a surface connection in the range from 1.5 to 3% of said central used area of said product, configured to stabilise loosened cellulose fibres between the first outer layer (2) and the second outer layer (3).

EFFECT: creation of a multilayer product from tissue paper.
