FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a locking handle of erroneous actions for a window of a horizontal contact type, which has a handle assembly installed on a sash and having a possibility of frame movement by its rotation so that there can be provided a possibility of operation of assemblies of horizontal movement and a locking assembly adapted for horizontal movement of the controlled sash. The locking handle of erroneous actions includes a housing located on the inner side of the sash, a handle assembly adapted for rotational connection to a bearing located in the housing, a drive gear located in inner space of the housing so that it can be brought into action along with the rotated handle assembly, a gear of a rack, which moves upwards and downwards so that it can be engaged with the drive gear, to which the frame is connected, a guide pin rigidly installed on the rack gear, as well as an element restricting the handle rotation, having a plate for rotation prevention, the section of which projects outwards out of the sash. The rotation prevention plate has a guide slot formed on it so that movement of the guide pin can be guided, and the guide slot has a locking projection formed on it so that the guide pin can be rigidly locked in the guide slot.
