FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device to raise and lower torso of android-type robot contains base where engine fixed and nut screwed on screw resting on bearing. The nut is connected with plate where two limiting angles are fixed which angles prevent nut rotation and are connected with rectangular tube. Torso is connected to the tube to each of four sides of which moving members of four telescopic ball-bearing guides are attached. Fixed members of the guides are mounted on carrying angles attached to base. On the screw and engine shaft, pulleys are fitted which pulleys are connected by belt, and rectangular tube and carrying angles are collinear with the screw.
EFFECT: higher rigidity, fabricability and simpler design.
