FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and relates to a linear microaccelerometer with an optical system. The microaccelerometer comprises a body, two inertial masses on elastic brackets, two position sensors, two compensatory converters. Position sensors are made in the form of two pairs of monochromatic emitters with different spectrum of radiation and two photodetectors with colour separation, having at least two outputs of spectral ranges. Emitters are arranged above the inertial mass, and photodetectors are placed in a body coaxially with photodetectors. Monochromatic emitters are equipped with light flow limiters.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements and simplified design.
