LARYNGOSCOPE WITH ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED JET HIGH-FREQUENCY LUNG VENTILATION Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61B1/267

Abstract RU 2564833 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medical equipment. Laryngoscope includes laryngoscope handle and laryngoscope blade. Handle and blade form single construction, with tube for oxygen supply being placed inside laryngoscope handle. Front end of said tube for oxygen supply is located on front end of said laryngoscope blade. Light diode illuminator is placed on front end of said laryngoscope blade. Electronic controller consists of case-envelope; electromagnetic valve; power module; control module; and control switch. Case-envelope is fixed to upper part of laryngoscope handle. Control switch is placed on case-envelope. Power module and control module are located inside case-envelope. Electromagnetic valve is located on tube for oxygen supply, placed inside laryngoscope handle. control module and control switch are connected with power module. Electronic controller is made with possibility of selective activation by electric voltage, generated by power module. Control switch is made with possibility to regulate switching on and switching off of electronic controller. Control module is connected with electromagnetic valve; control module is made with possibility to regulate working frequency of electromagnetic valve. laryngoscope additionally contains tube for introduction of medications, placed inside laryngoscope handle; valve for regulation of medication introduction, located in tube for introduction of medications; spraying nozzle, located on front end of laryngoscope blade. Front end of tube for oxygen supply and front end of tube for introduction of medications are connected with spraying nozzle.
