The rock is destructed by the electric breakdown of the pieces thickness and is classified. During destruction water circulates as continuous flow with speed 3-6 l/s in between electrodes space through channel. The channel is made between HV electrode and isolator (6). The discharge energy is selected from ration $$7\frac{J\cdot {\sec }^2}{m^3}<\frac{W\cdot \rho }{1\cdot \sigma }<12\frac{J\cdot {\sec }^2}{m^3},$$ where W is discharge energy, J, ρ is material density, kg/m³, l is electrodes spacing, m, σ is UTS of destructed material, N/m².
