FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed inventions relate to painting of polymer material, in particular, polymer powders used in production of components by melt spinning. This process comprises the steps that follow. Initial polymer material is selected. Said polymer material is subjected to grinding to the powder at the temperature higher than that of initial polymer. Then, the powder is displaced from grinder to mixer at the temperature approximating to that of the powder in mixer. Then, dye is added to said mixer. Now, dye and powder are mixed unless powder maintains increased temperature.
EFFECT: uniform painting of polymer, ruled out need in grinder cleaning.
