The substance of the invention consists in the fact that a device for registration of dynamic changes, such as mass or viscosity, comprises a disposable cartridge, having at least one microelectromechanical sensor, at least one source of light connected to at least one microelectromechanical sensor, at least one photodetector, connected to at least one microelectromechanical sensor and source of light, and control electronics, connected to at least one facility of activation, besides, at least one activation facility may be connected as capable of removal with at least one microelectromechanical sensor, and besides, the control electronics and user interface may be connected as capable of disconnection to at least one photodetector.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility to register dynamic changes, such as mass or viscosity, by means of a matrix of sensors, which is miniaturized, highly selective, highly sensitive, parallel, mark-free and/or portable.
