SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to naval medicine, and is applicable in practical diving medicine to determine a degree of endogenous intoxication in divers. The method is implemented as follows: blood serum is analysed to measure an average weight molecule concentration before and 40 minutes after diving; if the average weight molecule concentration increases in 1.4 times included, a degree of endogenous intoxication is considered to be mild; the concentration increased in 1.4 to 2.2 times shows pronounced intoxication, whereas the concentration increased in more than 2.2 times testifies to severe intoxication.
EFFECT: invention enables detecting the disorders accompanying decompression intravascular gas generation in divers.
