FIELD: medical biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to tissue engineering approaches of regenerative medicine, namely to a method for production of collagen-laminin matrix possessing wound healing action. Method involves producing a tissue engineering wound composition by forming a stable matrix in form of a gel film from extracted collagen I type of rat tail tendons and culturing a monolayer of immortalized skin keratinocytes HaCaT on a collagen film, characterized by that using a solution of detergents SDS (sodium dodecyl sulphate) and Triton-X-100 (octylphenyl polyoxyethylene) for 1 day at a temperature of +4 °C is followed by decellularization (removal of cells from the end product) with fixed 4 % paraformaldehyde of the collagen substrate, with preservation on its surface of laminin (basic protein of basal membrane), cell-synthesized HaCaT line in vitro.
EFFECT: invention provides a biodegradable wound healing composite material differing by ease of manufacture, prolonged storage life and allowing to refuse skin transplantation, for example, in deep and extensive burns, trophic ulcers, etc.
