SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to surgery and endocrinology. In patients with deep uninfected postoperative wounds of the feet, without critical limb ischemia, intra-wound injections of rhEGF are performed in order to achieve faster filling of the wound bottom with granulations, followed by complete wound healing. Negative pressure therapy is also performed, which helps to improve the therapeutic prognosis and reduce the risk of limb amputation.
EFFECT: accelerates the healing time of deep postoperative foot wounds in patients with neuropathic and neuroischemic forms of diabetic foot syndrome (DFS).
