FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: cooling system control device (100) comprises regulation means for control over coolant circulation volume in the first flow channel. The latter comprises engine cooling flow channel, flow channel for EGR cooling and flow channel through radiator. Second flow channel comprises engine cooling flow channel, flow channel for EGR cooling and bypass flow channel. The latter does not has flow channel through radiator. Additionally, it comprises the components that follow. Coolant temperature meter, coolant circulation limiter used at ICE starting, means to control coolant circulation via, preferably, the second flow channel with the help of regulation means on the bases of measured temperature at period of limited coolant circulation.

EFFECT: decreased effects of condensed water on EGR device.
