SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A fixation assembly for a joint bar for the surgical management of the spine comprising a plastic joint bar, a number of bone screws, each of which has a bar hole, and a clamp mechanism. The plastic bar has at least two plane-parallel surfaces. A hole sides distance fits a plane-parallel surfaces distance within a contact point so that the bar tightly slides in the hole.
EFFECT: invention provides less deformation bar pressure alongside with maintaining the positional accuracy.
