FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: series of inventions relates to medicine. Spinal implant set for the dynamic stabilization of the spine comprising two or more bone screws and at least one elongated connection element having a cross section varying along its longitudinal axis. Cross section has two plane-parallel sides or edges setting plane-parallel lateral surfaces of elongated connection element, arranged in the direction of insertion into the bone screw, as well as rearward and forward side, opposed in the direction of insertion, where change of cross section essentially achieved by changing the distance between rearward and forward side. Bone screws have a substantially identical seat for the elongated connection element, so that the clamping insert of different length are capable to compensate the differing heights of the connection elements. Method of operation of said set of the spinal implant consists in the fact that an elongated connecting element is inserted in the seats, at least two bone screws, preferably at least three bone screws and are clamped therein, note here that different cross-sections of connecting elements are compensated using clamping elements respectively of different size, inserted into the seats.
EFFECT: inventions provide the possibility to be used in a wide range of situations associated with locomotor system.
