FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in Coriolis mass flow metre or vibration tubular density metre. Measurement electronics (20) of flow metre includes interface (201) for receiving oscillation signal response from flow metre sensors to its vibration on resonance frequency and data processing system (203) configured to receive oscillation signal response from interface (201), determination of frequency (ω0) of signal response, voltage (V) of signal response and excitation current (I) of signal response, measurement of attenuation characteristic (ζ) of flow metre and determination of parametre (K) of rigidity as to frequency (ω0), voltage (V), excitation current (I) and attenuation characteristic (ζ). In execution version data processing system (203) is configured to receive at least three oscillation signal responses from interface (201), shaping of amplitude-frequency response with pole residue as to oscillation signal responses and determination of parametre (K) of rigidity as to amplitude-frequency response with pole residue. At that, three oscillation signals include signal response of base frequency and two or more signal responses of secondary frequency at least by one tone up and one tone down of signal response.
EFFECT: invention improves measurement accuracy of flow parametres due to possibility of checking flow metre in its installation place in pipeline.
