Method includes screening with respect to modulation of DNA or RNA or profile of expression of protein if one or several markers of nucleic acid molecules. Changes of DNA or RNA or profile of expression of proteins serve indices of appearance and/or development of large intestine neoplasm such as adenoma or adenocarcinoma.
EFFECT: invention can be used in medicine for diagnostic or monitoring of colorectal neoplasms such as colorectal adenocarcinomas.
