FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoplastic moulding compounds and use thereof to obtain fibres, films and moulded articles. The thermoplastic moulding compounds contain a polyamide, iron powder with maximum particle size of 10 mcm (d50-value), obtained from thermal decomposition of iron pentacarbonyl and having BET specific surface area of 0.1-5 m2/g according to DIN ISO 9277, as well as other additives.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a moulding compound, having ageing resistance and improved mechanical properties during prolonged storage in heat.
