SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of method for obtaining formula

compounds by interaction of pheophorbide a or pheophorbide a methyl ether with primary amine. Pheophorbide a or pheophorbide a methyl ether, dissolved in organic solvent, selected from chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbon, is processed with 10-50-fold by moles quantity of (C4-C12)alkylamine at temperature 20-40°C till complete conversion of initial pheophorbide a or pheophorbide a methyl ether; obtained reaction mixture is combined with 1-3% water solution of strong pharmaceutical acceptable acid with formation of salt of excessive (C4-C12)alkylamine, which transfers into water phase, which is separated; organic phase is washed with water or water solution of sodium chloride, optionally with addition of sodium hydrocarbonate to neutral reaction of washing waters, dried and chromatographed in gradient chloroform : aliphatic alcohol, with obtaining solution of formula (I) compound; solution of formula (I) compound is evaporated under lower pressure, obtained solid product, containing formula (I) compound, is subjected to purification by recrystallisation from mixture of solvents, selected from mixture chloroform/petroleum ether and acetone/heptanes, filtered and dried. In formula (I) n equals 3-11, R represents H or CH3.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain product with high output within minimal time.
