FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device refers to medicine, namely to medical equipment, and can be used for opening of various cavities in urgent and selective surgery. The device comprises a container presented in the form of a bellow element comprising a scalpel needle aligned strictly in the centre, a sharp end of which comes short of a base platform. The container is sterile, hermetic and filled with a drug composition (e.g. Levoxycol). After the base platform of the device is placed in a projection of the cavity, a handle is pressed to translate the scalpel needle with an increase of pressure inside the container. While the sharp portion of the device advances, the dissected tissues are infiltrated with a solution to provide analgesic, regenerative, antiseptic actions. When removing the device, the corrugated container is stretched to generate a negative atmosphere pressure and fluid absorption from the cavity and the wound canal into the container is executed. The device can be kept in the sterile disposable soft package as one assembly with a sterile dressing and a drain tube.
