SUBSTANCE: invention refers to preserved concentrated soup processing. For producing fresh cabbage soup, the recipe ingredients are prepared. Fresh cabbage is sliced and frozen. Carrots, parsley root and yellow onions are diced and sauteed. Pork meat, leek and herbs are chopped. Wheat flour is sauteed. The mix contains turnip and ornamental cabbage. Turnip is pre-diced and dipped in boiling water. The above ingredients are mixed with tomato paste, salt, pyrolysis wood CO2-extract, black pepper and laurel leaf. The prepared mix is packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method enables producing the new preserved food with using alternative herbal raw material with unchanged organoleptic properties of the end product.
