FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to system for peroral delivery of active proteinaceous substance in form of PLGA-based nanoparticles with average size not more than 500 nm with ratio of lactic acid to glycolic acid 50:50 in polymer and PLGA molecular weight 24-69 kDa in form of powder, obtained by lyophilisation in presence of bovine serum albumen in effective quantity. Group of inventions also relates to method for obtaining said system for peroral delivery of active substance. Group of inventions provides value of permeability Papp in Caco-2 model not less than 1.5 times higher than Papp value for free active substance.
EFFECT: delivers proteinaceous substance origin in form of nanoparticles.
