FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device controlling the ratio of fuel-air mix components for internal combustion engines. The device, controlling the ratio of components of fuel-air mix for internal combustion engines, comprises: the catalytic converter (43) installed in the exhaust channel (40) of an internal combustion engine; downstream fuel-air mix composition sensor (67); the regulator of the ratio of fuel-air mix components. The named regulator of the ratio of fuel-air mix components includes the device for checking the compliance with the desired condition to forecast the occurrence of the operating mode when a large amount of nitrogen oxide enters the catalytic converter. The named device increases concentration of a reducer in the catalytic converter when the desired condition is complied with, in comparison with the situation when the desired condition is not complied with, by control of the ratio of fuel-air mix components of the engine in such a way. The regulator of the ratio of fuel-air mix components in addition comprises the device identifying the target ratio of fuel-air mix components intended for setting of the target parameter for the ratio of fuel-air mix components in the engine to the target enriched ratio of fuel-air mix components which is less than the stoichiometric ratio of fuel-air mix components. On the basis of output value of the fuel-air mix composition sensor it is identified that the amount of adsorbed oxygen in the catalytic converter gets higher and the request for enrichment is generated to force gas with enriched ratio of fuel-air mix components which is less than the stoichiometric ratio of fuel-air mix components, to enter the catalytic converter. Also the device is intended for setting of the target indicator for the ratio of fuel-air mix components in the engine to the target diluted ratio of fuel-air mix components which is greater than the stoichiometric ratio of fuel-air mix components when it is identified that the amount of adsorbed oxygen in the catalytic converter becomes insufficient, and the request for dilution is generated to force gas with the diluted ratio of fuel-air mix components greater than the stoichiometric ratio of fuel-air mix components, to enter the catalytic converter. There is also a device for regulation of amount of supplied fuel on the basis of the target ratio of fuel-air mix components which has been identified. The device identifying the target ratio of fuel-air mix components is in addition configured so that to identify the target enriched ratio of fuel-air mix components obtained at compliance with the desired condition, to the ratio of fuel-air mix components which is less than the target enriched ratio of fuel-air mix components obtained when the desired condition is not complied with.
EFFECT: ensuring of control of the ratio of fuel-air mix components for internal combustion engines therefore NOx content in exhausts is decreased.
