FIELD: exhaust devices.

SUBSTANCE: exhaust gas control equipment includes an exhaust gas control catalyst located in the exhaust passage, a filter located downstream of the catalytic neutraliser, auxiliary air supply device, configured to supply auxiliary air into exhaust gases flowing into the filter, in the downstream location of the catalytic neutraliser in the exhaust gases flow direction, and the electronic control unit.

EFFECT: electronic control unit is configured to, when temperature of catalytic converter is higher or equal to activation temperature, and fuel-air ratio of exhaust gases released from main part of engine, is enriched with fuel-air ratio, to instruct supply device to supply auxiliary air into exhaust gases, at the same time by periodically increasing or decreasing air so that fuel-air ratio of exhaust gases flowing into filter, alternates between enriched and depleted fuel-air ratio.
