FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the space industry, particularly to methods of controlling spacecraft for scientific and socioeconomic purposes, and can be used in setting up communication sessions with spacecraft in order to take the necessary measures to resolve conflicts and avoid emergencies when operating ground control equipment, particularly command and measurement systems. The method is based on the principle of successively shifting the time of conducting one of the conflicting communication sessions by the time of "blocked" radio visibility zone. To this end, based on information on the state of the command and measurement systems and said communication sessions, the presence of a different type of conflicts between communication sessions of different spacecraft is determined. Conflict resolution between communication sessions is carried out using radio visibility zones participating in the conflict ("blocked"), followed by resolution of new conflicts by transferring the time of conducting the communication session of one of the participants of the conflict by the time it spends in the radio visibility zone of a free command and measurement system.
EFFECT: high efficiency of controlling spacecraft for scientific and socioeconomic purposes and greater number of communication sessions conducted.
