FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: underground storage is located below ground level 1 at elevation preventing freezing of the ground surface, and is enclosed along the perimeter from soil massive by the concrete wall of 2 type "wall in soil". Contains reinforced-concrete tank 5 located on the base out of compacted soil 3 and heat insulating layer 4, the tank along the external cylindrical surface is enclosed by ring gas clearance 6 located between the reinforced-concrete tank 5 and concrete wall of 2 type. LNG underground storage is provided with process trunk 9 with pipelines 10 for LNG and its vapours loading-delivery exiting the reinforced-concrete tank on the ground surface 1, besides there are tight hatches 11 and ladder 12. The ring gas clearance 6 at top is covered with plate 13. Top of the reinforced-concrete tank 5 and plate 13 are backfilled with layer of heat insulating material 14. LNG underground storage is also provided with the additional process trunk 21 with tight hatches 22 and ladder.
EFFECT: increased operation reliability.
