SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furniture manufacture, namely, to the structures of facing multi-layer panels with a honeycomb core. Decorated molding of the multilayer panel includes external plates in the form of plates with a filler placed between them and connected by gluing, and edge embedded reinforcing elements, flush mounted in grooves formed from the ends and connected with them by adhesive bonding, and a decorated coating. Decorative molding of the multilayer panel is formed by longitudinal sawing of the full-format undecorated sheet of the multilayer panel according to the preliminary cutting patterns, longitudinal grooves under the edge embedded reinforcing elements are made along the longitudinal ends of the panel, and the ribs formed between the longitudinal ends of the upper and lower plates are rounded, the decorated coating is planar, on the bottom plate it is located along the workpiece with an indent from the side edges, and the upper one is made by wrapping the upper plate with a seamless bend to the edge reinforcement elements and the lower butt-end to the edges of the lower decorated coating of the lower plate.

EFFECT: technical result is increased produce-ability of the multilayer panel manufacturing process, reduced labor intensity and improved quality of the finished product.
