SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery of inguinal hernias. Internal inguinal ring is narrowed by laparoscopically assisted subcutaneous ligation. That is followed by an extraperitoneal ligature around the neck of the hernial sac under laparoscopy control, before tightening the ligature, forming a peritoneum fold exceeding the area and covering the newly created "funnel" of the internal inguinal ring. Thereafter, the frame-forming gel is punctured into the medial and lateral semi-circles of the internal inguinal ring without perforating the peritoneum. Further, the previous ligature is tightened until narrowing the internal inguinal ring to 5 mm in diameter.

EFFECT: method enables preventing recurrent inguinal hernia and forming hydrocele of testis shells and spermatic cord, maintaining function of spermatic cord, and also having low traumaticity.
