SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of antique mechanical devices, particularly, to recovery of worn-out openings of slide bearings. This invention consists in the following. At withdrawal of lining with the bearing worn-out opening it is turned relative to its axis through at least one third of complete turn and fitted in its place. Further refitting of the lining is performed by its next turn.
EFFECT: longer life of beating lining.
