SUBSTANCE: invention relates to folding car design and can be used in land cruisers, tourist an excursion buses. Front folding chair comprises backrest and seat. Backrest is coupled with bus body via four links of parallelogram mechanism to make flat-parallel motion on links. Every link of said parallelogram mechanism is coupled with bus body and chair backrest. Seat pad and locking mechanisms are arranged at hinge pins coupling parallelogram mechanism lower links with chair backrest. Seat pad can turn from horizontal position to vertical position and visa versa. Chair incorporates telescopic devices articulated with hinge pin coupling lower or upper links with chair backrest. Locking mechanisms are designed to connect parallelogram lower links with chair backrest at turn of seat pad from vertical position to horizontal position. Chair as-folded in static position is set vertically in compartment located under the floor of cabin front seats. Prior to dropping of seat pad, front folding chair is pushed to front door passage.

EFFECT: enlarged width of front door passage, longer cabin seats space and larger width of mid door.
