FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to form reinforced concrete structures by means of descending concrete consists in the following: A falsework is arranged with displaced elements from vertical and horizontal elements. At the same time at the inner side of the vertical deck they place a polymer film with a capability of its vertical displacement. A displaced element in the falsework is a horizontal deck, which is first placed 20-30 cm below the top of the vertical deck. Reinforcement frames are installed into the internal falsework space with the frequency of horizontal nets equal to the number of the laid layers. Concrete is laid by filling of the falsework in turns by several layers of the concrete mix at the height equal to the part of the falsework height, besides, the upper level of the laid mix is below the falsework top. After laying the first layer of concrete with the thickness of 20-30 cm onto the horizontal deck it is lowered, holding the upper part of the concrete layer by the horizontal reinforcement from breaking-off from the common mass of concrete. Then they start laying the second layer of concrete, lowering the horizontal deck down at the speed of 0.1-0.5 cm/min for concrete gaining the minimum strength and its compaction, at the same time the film inside the vertical deck moves down together with concrete. After lowering the second layer for the depth of 40-60 cm, and the first layer for the depth of 60-90 cm they lay the next layer of concrete, and they start again lowering the horizontal deck with the same speed to gain the strength and compact this layer. At the same the first layer, having gained the necessary density, reaches out from the lower borders of the falsework, creating the solid element of the wall or pillar of the wall.

EFFECT: simplified technology with the good quality of concreting.
