FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Claimed method consists in making the flame core with one end placed at burner flame location. Flame core section is closed by insulator at preset distance from said flame core end. Flame availability at the burner is defined by voltage detection at flame core. Said voltage is caused by the flame ionised gas area. Said burner is fired by spark at flame core to initiate the flame. Note here that said insulator eliminates the humidity effects to prevent electric faults of the flame rod which makes the latter incapable of detecting aforesaid voltage or firing the burner by the spark.
EFFECT: resisting to atmospheric precipitation.
