FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in system of liquid cooling of power solid-state device containing electric magnet comprising movable and fixed parts, membrane, rack, supply and removal branches, casing and sleeve, sleeve and rack in which cross-section the membrane is secured, are installed opposite at ends of the casing with creation of the internal cavity between them, that is connected with the supply and removal branches, fixed part of the electric magnet is secured with rack, and movable part of the electric magnet is connected with the membrane. Additionally two check valves and spring are installed, at that check valves are installed on the supply and removal branches, and spring is located in the internal cavity of the casing between the membrane and sleeve.
EFFECT: increased energy efficiency of liquid cooling system of power solid-state device due to exclusion of the necessity of use of external water lifting device for cooling medium supply via the heat-absorbing system element.
