Claimed water heating process consists in the feed of two AC signals of different frequencies between heating elements and counter electrodes. At AC current signal feed a DC component can be added. Besides, invention involves the use of combined various AC and DC voltages for incrustation prevention in water heater. Claimed system can be implemented in water heating system incorporated with electronic device.

EFFECT: decreased incrustation.
