SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. Cylinder block (204) includes cylinder (314), two supports (300) of the crankshaft in the lower part of cylinder block (204), articulation surface (322) of the head of the cylinder block in the upper part of cylinder block (204), the first and side walls (333) and (335) continued from articulation surface (322) of the head of the cylinder block to articulation surface (330), (332) of load-carrying frame (206), which is located above the central line of the crankshaft supported from two supports (300) of the crankshaft and a passage for lubrication of the cylinder block. The lubrication passage of the cylinder block provides for interaction as to fluid medium between articulation surface (330),(332) of load-carrying frame (206) and articulation surface (322) of the head of the cylinder block. The lubrication passage of the cylinder block is located adjacent to front wall (310) of the cylinder block, which includes one of two supports (300) of the crankshaft. The invention describes a version of design of the cylinder block and an operating method of a lubrication system in the engine.
EFFECT: reduction of weight.
