FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air compressors to be used on railway transport facilities. Compressor includes a composite housing. First piston cylinder is maintained in the first hole in compressor housing. Second piston cylinder is maintained in the second hole in compressor housing and is connected with the first piston cylinder. Composite crankshaft unit is supported by compressor housing. Unit of crankshaft is connected with pistons of the first and second piston cylinders by appropriate con-rods. Rods are connected to the piston pin connected to each piston. Piston pins are supported by sleeve with dry lubricant at appropriate piston. Compressor housing can contain at least the first and second parts of housing. First part of the housing and the second part can form corresponding to half of the compressor housing, which are fixed together with mechanical fasteners.
EFFECT: reduced costs, simplified assembly and manufacturing.
