FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to measurement equipment, in particular, to technical diagnostics of machines and their parts, and may be used for measurement of dynamic characteristics of machines. For realisation of the diagnostics method, sensors are fixed on a shaft or several shafts of a machine in one and more cross sections that measure axial and bending loads during oscillations of a shaft or shafts. At the same time signals are synchronised between each other by phase, measured and converted dynamic characteristics are transmitted to a consumer. The device comprises sensors, amplifiers of signals from sensors of axial and bending loads, transmitters and accumulators of a signal from axial and bending loads, a unit of assessment of time intervals from several sensors of axial and bending loads, a unit of assessment of time intervals from several sensors of axial and bending loads. Sensors including sensing cells, power supply elements, a device for conversion, transmission and storage of information, are rigidly fixed on a composite shaft or different shafts of the machine. At the same time one or more sensing cells are connected to one converter or element of power supply or an information storage unit, an information transmission unit.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and validity of load measurements on shafts.
