SUBSTANCE: composite valve assembly containing two valve parts having interfacing shape such that the first part can enter to the tight contact and can interact with the second part, at that each valve part has casing, valve seat and valve gate element, and sealing surface, at that the assembly has the first layout, under which the first and the second parts of the valve seat are engaged with each other; valve gate elements are closed and located at distance forming together with body the chamber between them, it can be sealed from the environment, and has input and output, through which the sterilizing fluid can flow, second layout, under which the valve gate elements are engaged with each other, and have possibility of their movement from the first position to the second position, and third layout, under which two valve parts are disengaged. Each valve part has scraper to clean the sealing surfaces.
EFFECT: improved valve.
