FIELD: physics; control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telemechanics. The system comprises, installed on track circuits of points, reversible axis counting sensors, which are connected by outputs through a signal processing unit to the first input of a unit for calculating the speed of the mobile object, the output of which is connected to the input of a unit for determining the wheel arrangement of the mobile object, which is connected by the second input to the second output of the signal processing unit and by the output to the first input of a central processing unit. The second input of the processor is connected through series-connected unit for generating a dynamic model of the station and data processing unit to the output of the hardware-software of the centralised power system, a memory unit connected to the central processing unit, the second input/output of which is connected through a communication server to the hardware-software of the automated station control system. The central processing unit is connected to units for detecting dislocation of the mobile object and detecting the state of centralised power system devices, which are respectively connected to the hardware-software of the automated workstations of the person in charge of the station and the person in charge of electromechanics.
EFFECT: high efficiency of monitoring accumulation of carriages at railway yards.
