FIELD: locking connections.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking connections of the "bolt-nut" type and is aimed at eliminating the weakening of the threaded connection as a result of multidirectional vibration. The locking threaded connection contains a rod equipped with an external thread, nuts and a tapered bushing put on the rod, in which a slot is made, the inner surface of each of the nuts has a cylindrical part with an internal thread, which is screwed to the threaded profile of the rod, and a part with a tapered hole, a tapered surface which has an angle of inclination that ensures mating with the outer surface of the tapered bushing, on the inner surface of the tapered bushing having a cylindrical shape, projections are formed in the vertical direction. The tapered bushing has the shape of two truncated cones facing each other with their bases to form a cylindrical band at their junction, the corners of the vertices of each truncated cone are less than 90°, and the protrusions located on the inner surface of the tapered bushing are made in the form of a toothed ring. The tapered bushing is made of a material having a hardness greater than the hardness of the material from which the rod with an external thread is made, and has a height that makes it possible to overlap at least two threads of the threaded profile of the rod. Additionally, there is a pressure washer 2, which is made with the possibility of contact with the outer surface of the cylindrical band, and symmetrical radial slots are made on the ends of the nuts on the side of the conical hole, interacting with the pressure washer.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the threaded locking connection when exposed to multidirectional vibration loads.
