FIELD: threaded fasteners.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking connections of the “bolt-nut” type and is aimed at eliminating the weakening of the threaded connection as a result of multidirectional vibration. The locking threaded connection contains a rod equipped with an external thread, a nut and a conical sleeve put on the rod, the outer diameter of which decreases in the upward direction along the axis of the rod. A slot is made in the side wall of the conical sleeve. The inner surface of the nut has a cylindrical part with an inner thread that is screwed to the threaded profile of the rod, and a part with a conical hole, the cone-shaped surface of which has an angle of inclination that provides coupling with the outer surface of the conical sleeve. On the inner surface of the conical sleeve, which has a cylindrical shape, protrusions are formed in the vertical direction. The conical sleeve has the shape of a truncated cone, the base of which is represented by a flat ring, and the angle of the vertex is less than 90°. The protrusions placed on the inner surface of the conical sleeve are made in the form of a toothed crown. The conical sleeve is made of a material with hardness greater than the hardness of the material from which the rod is made, and has a height that makes it possible to overlap at least two turns of the thread of the threaded profile of the rod.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the locking threaded connection under the influence of multidirectional vibration loads.
