FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking connections of "bolt-nut" type and is aimed at elimination of threaded joint attenuation as a result of differently directed vibration. Locking threaded connection comprises a rod equipped with external thread, nut and tapered sleeve fitted on the rod, in which a slot is made, inner surface of each of nuts has cylindrical part with internal thread, which is screwed with threaded profile of rod, and part with conical hole, which cone-shaped surface has inclination angle, providing interface with outer surface of conical sleeve, protrusions are formed in vertical direction on inner surface of conical sleeve having cylindrical shape. Conical bushing has the shape of two truncated cones with their bases facing each other with formation of a cylindrical band at their connection point, corners of tops of each truncated cone make less than 90°, note here that cylindrical belt and conical sleeve side walls have symmetric grooves while ledges arranged on conical bushing inner surface are composed of toothed rim. Conical bushing is made of material having hardness greater than hardness of material, from which rod with external thread is made, and has height, providing possibility of covering at least two turns of thread of threaded profile of rod. In addition, there is a pressure washer, which is configured to contact the outer surface of the cylindrical band, and on the ends of nuts on the side of the conical hole symmetrical radial splines are made, which interact with the pressure washer.

EFFECT: higher reliability of threaded stop joint at action of differently directed vibration loads.
