SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to dynamic virtual articulation systems. The method consists in using a virtual articulator comprising a three-dimensional virtual upper-jaw model and a three-dimensional virtual lower-jaw model shaped as an upper jaw and a lower jaw, making the virtual upper-jaw model and the virtual lower-jaw model moving with respect to each other. The method involves preventing a virtual tooth surface of the virtual upper-jaw model and a virtual tooth surface of the virtual lower-jaw model from intersecting each other. According to the second version of the implementation, the method involves the three-dimensional virtual teeth model accommodating the upper jaw defined as the virtual upper jaw, and the three-dimensional virtual teeth model accommodating the lower jaw defined as the virtual lower jaw. A virtual articulator system comprises the virtual articulator integrating the three-dimensional virtual lower-jaw model and the three-dimensional virtual lower-jaw model shaped as the upper jaw and the lower jaw, and facilities making the virtual upper and lower jaw moving with respect to each other.

EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables executing movements repeating and simulating real processes in the oral cavity.
