SUBSTANCE: method includes creating a media environment by transmitting video to electronic advertising-information devices (12, 13, 15), connected to a local-area information network, from a media environment management server (1) or from electronic information device control units (4, 5, 9) and displaying video on said electronic information devices with synchronous audio playback. Audio is transmitted to audio receiving user equipment (17, 19, 20, 22). Synchronisation of video and audio playback is provided by a network software system installed on the media environment management server or on the electronic information device control units, on audio transmission equipment (3, 6, 8, 11) and on user receiving equipment, connected to the local-area information network.
EFFECT: enabling simultaneous playback of video on conventional electronic information devices with synchronous audio playback on user receiving equipment optionally.
