FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: cable entry comprises a hollow body with coaxial line inside with coaxially inner and outer current-carrying parts. The hollow body consists of a flange and pipe connected by thread. The coaxial line comprises cylindrical waveguide and fire resistant coaxial power unit interconnected by coaxial radiofrequency (RF) connectors fixed at the hollow body ends and comprising cases, isolators and contacts. The fire-resistant coaxial power unit is placed in the front part of the hollow body from exposure side; it consists of a bearing sleeve with threaded connection to flange of the hollow body, ceramic insulator, conductor, feedthrough and plug made as a rod with conical head with cone angle of 45° matched with conical entry of an opening in the ceramic insulator for the plug. The bearing sleeve from exposure side is made with inner groove for fixation of the ceramic insulator and with outer groove for threaded connection to the case of RF connector, and at the opposite side it is complete with inner groove for threaded connection to the cylindrical waveguide, which opposite end has threaded connection to the case of RF connector. The outer current-bearing part is represented by in-series circuit of elements including cases of RF connectors, bearing sleeve and cylindrical waveguide, the central current-bearing part is represented by circuit of elements including contacts of RF connectors, plugs, feedthrough and conductor interconnected by soldering with soldering alloy POS-61M and pre-treatment of spots of soldering with stannic-bismuth coating O-Vi (99.8)9. The plug rod is made with diameter varying from 1.5 mm up to 1.7 mm, while the feedthrough and conductor are made with diameter of 4.34 mm.
EFFECT: transmitted radio signal of required frequency band, increased resistance to external damage effects and maintained hermeticity of a special fortified structure.
