SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to interface assemblies for connecting an electrosurgical generator and an electrosurgical instrument. Interface assembly comprises a body with an input for receiving electromagnetic energy from the electrosurgical generator and with an output. A sliding trigger apparatus is made on the body thereof, attached to a pusher extending beyond the body through the output. A single cable assembly for connecting the output to the electrosurgical instrument comprises a flexible sleeve, wherein the pusher is passed along said sleeve, and a coaxial cable connected to the input. The interface assembly also comprises a reinforcement element connected with the first section of the pusher so as to strengthen said first section, located partially or entirely inside the body. In the second variant, the flexible sleeve comprises an inner tube surrounding a section of the pusher, capable of sliding freely relative to the pusher, and a sliding limiting mechanism attached to the pusher and configured to limit the maximum sliding distance of the inner tube along the pusher.

EFFECT: probability of damage to the pusher is reduced.
