FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of biochemistry. Claimed method of obtaining nucleic acid sequence, coding immunoglobulin, which includes alignment of amino acid of fourth heavy chain framework region (FR4) with reference sequence xxxxTxxTxxx and, in case of detection in position 5 and/or 8 of said sequence of small hydrophobic or non-polar amino acid residues, different from threonine, their substitution with threonine. Method of obtaining immunoglobulin, based on application of method of immunoglobulin-coding nucleic sequence, is also disclosed.
EFFECT: claimed invention provides reduction of tendency of immunoglobulins to form aggregates in solution, which can result in application in production of medications.
