FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to urology. Glans penis is exposed by displacement of foreskin layers behind coronal salcus. After that, injection of 2% lidocaine solution is circularly performed under internal layer of preputial sac behind coronal salcus, and preputial sac is pulled on glans penis. Thumb forceps is applied above glans penis, both foreskin layers are simultaneously uniformly dissected, with preservation of 0.5-1 cm of internal layer. Circular sutures between layers are not applied.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent postoperative deformity of penis, injury to glans penis, cicatricial phimosis, prevents injury to erogenous zones and violation of potency.
