SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for circumcision. 3-5 holders are applied through both skin leaves of preputial sac at equal distance on perimetre, starting from dorsal surface, at the level of external opening of urethra or 2-2.5 cm from coronary sulcus, and 3-5 holders through both leaves, respectively, between them - near coronary sulcus. By linear cuts, from holder to holder figured excision of prepuce is performed with formation of 3-5 teeth, one of which is formed on dorsal surface of penis. On skin leaves of remaining prepuce separate knot sutures from resorbable suture material are applied on perimetre.

EFFECT: method allows to ensure cosmetic result, improve sexual sensations.
