FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative surgery. Outer and inner leaf preputial sac are dissected circumferentially in a distal direction from the glans penis inner wall with their subsequent suturing. Outer leaf is dissected 0.5 cm from the outer opening of the preputial sac. That leaves three-fourths of the outer leaf, after which it is moved to the penis root and resection of three-fourths of the inner leaf is performed, leaving it 0.5 cm from the coronal sulcus.
EFFECT: method enables reducing operative injuries, number of complications and recurrences, improving cosmetic effect in operative treatment of phimosis.
